| U.S. Citizenship.
21 years of age or older.
Equivalent to high school diploma. College degree preferable.
Weight proportionate to height.
Vision no less than 20/100, correctable to at least 20/30
in both eyes. Functional color vision.
Free from disability obstructive to job performance.
No felony convictions (pursuant to Government Code Section
1029).
Possession of valid Class-C California Driver's License
with a safe driving record as evidenced by a DMV report.
Successful completion of oral interviews, extensive background
investigation, medical and psychological examinations.
Ability and willingness to work in a university environment
rich in diversity containing a wide variety of ethnicities,
cultures, nationalities, religions, sexual orientations,
etc.
Ability and willingness to work in an environment, which
demands high police officer integrity, accountability and
involvement in the community as a problem solving resource.
